PGL 2007 - Moon 2nd* Moon Interviewed after the final*

The new Chinese Warcaraft 3 league which goes by the name of Pro Gaming League (PGL) started last week with its first matches. At the beginning of this tournament there were 16 players from China, Europe and South Korea. Some of the best players like Netherlands 4K^Grubby, China WE.Sky or the Korean undead players Korea, South BeT.FoV and Korea, South BeT.Sweet participated in this tournament.

Among these great names there was also our own Korea, South Undead MYM]Susiria, who got eliminated in the groupstage of this tournament. With his elimination there was only one player from MeetYourMakers left who managed to come trough the knockout stage. This players is no other than Jang JaeHo, who is better known to you as Korea, South Nightelves MYM]Moon.

Today Korea, South MYM]Moon played his semi final match against France Human 4K^ToD, who defeated Moon two times in a row in this PGL tournament. But this time Moon showed an awesome performance and secured the win against 4K^ToD by defeating him with a score of 3:0!

Here is an overview about the match against 4K^ToD:

*Update*

We from MYM caught our very own Korea, South MYM]Moon after the final, made an interivew with him. You can read it below:

First of all congratulations on your 2nd place in PGL. Now the tournament is over, what do you want to do next?
I have to have dinner, take a rest and go practise, practise and more practise.

Today's matches are really tough, and it's unlucky that you lost to sky. What do you think about the final?
I didn't prepare well enough and before the match I didn't think Sky would use such strategies. I also made some mistakes, so I have to keep practising hard in the future and avoid making such mistakes.

Looking back to the ten match days and life at PGL, is there anything memorable about the event?
The match against Grubby in 4th and 5th ranking match was really unforgettable and so is the final of course. One more thing I want to mention it that one day, all the Korean players went to a billiards cafe and played, which was really funny.

In this tournament, human players had really good performances and you lost to Sky in the final as well. What do you think about that?
At the moment it is a fact that human players have some advantages over the other races, but what I have to do is just practise harder and harder and I will beat anyone no matter who he is to more wonderful matches to the fans.

In the upcoming days, you will play in the WCG Korea qualifier, WC3L will start tonight and you will attend WEG as well. How will you face the challenges that playing in so many high end tournaments will bring you?
Yes, these tournaments are all high end and call for persistant preparations, so I think what I can do is work harder and harder.

Togethe with Starwar, you have stayed in china for half a month and tomorrow you will leave China and go back to Korea. Are there any shoutouts you wish to give?
It's the first time for me to stay in China for such a long time. During this period I met many friends and have many wonderful memories. I will remember these memories when I go back to Korea and treasure them forever.
