ESWC: A shortcoming?

In an article for the DotA-Allstars competitive DotA section, 
PMS.Rinoa reveals the effects of the ESWC Grand Finals being held in the USA rather than its usual Paris, France location. Furthermore a list of teams not participating at the ESWC Grand Finals for DotA is being mentioned, with the reasons listed.
The teams that will not be attending the ESWC DotA Grand Finals:
EHOME (VISA rejected for Paris, no China qualifier)
Ks.int (Roster issues with ESWC rule)
XcN (Visa's rejected)
Mousesports (Did not participate in any qualifier) RuSh3D (Passport issues)
KingSurf* (PENDING)
WG (Did not participate in any qualifier)
Avid (Did not participate in any qualifier)
+46 (Failed to qualify at ESWC Masters, no Denmark qualifier)
NR aka SGC (Failed to qualify at ESWC Masters, no Slovakia qualifier)
And the teams that will be attending the ESWC DotA Grand Finals:
SK
MYM EG Pandemic
Zenith
TeG (*Bird's visa was accepted, TeG will go with their full lineup)
Fear the spoon
NAFU
TYM No Way
S3X
SRS

All best teams will not participate, only some and I wonder if there will be any better DotA coverage at this ESWC than in Paris where we were able to see nothing live...

Meh I feel sorry for your guys. Better luck next time with Dota, hopefully it will go better. As the first time (Dota in ESWC and exclude the fact that it was hosted in the US) things might not go as planned or how you expected it to go.
There could be millions of team that could be on the list of attendees that perhaps could have been preferred, but then again give at least credits to the Brazilian, Pakistan and turkey team who probably you might not have to be on that list over other teams but they might still put a good fight.
