French starlet ToD has been confirmed as Gravitas Gaming’s latest acquisition, after being strongly linked with the US-based organization in the recent weeks (See - Gravitas linked with ToD? ).

The 23-year-old left his former team mousesports last month following the departure of SaSe. Shortly after that, mousesports have also decided to part ways with yet another European; Happy.

ToD, who was voted as the e-Sports WC3 Player of the Year in 2007 has been long regarded as one of the best all-time Human players with awards such as first in WEG and IEF Masters, along with several gold medals from WC3L with his former team, 4Kings.

With other top players like HoT and Elfittaja alongside with ToD, Gravitas is seemingly appearing to be the next best European squads. The French Human-player will also be featured with the team at the upcoming NGL playoffs.

Both ToD and team-manager suNNy have expressed optimism with the new cooperation.

“I'm teaming up with Gravitas because I think it's a nice team with a lot of potential,” ToD told the team’s official site.

“I have a few friends playing here already; I'm mostly really looking forward to playing with HoT and getting to know elfittaja a lot more. Then I think it's quite challenging and should keep my motivation up to not join one of the top tier teams but rather, try to beat them.”
