Raptor Gaming's clutch-player, HLA believes that his team's opening match against ALTERNATE aTTaX was crucial, with two of Germany's finest squads taking on each other.

The 18-year-old faced off against aTTaX's new signing SaSe, and managed to defeat him comfortably with a score of 2 to 0.

He told myMYM.com: "In the first game I was sort of pissed off because we lost the 2on2 unlucky, and I decided to go all-in and double crypted him. The rush was successful as I managed to destroy the third moonwell resulting in a clear victory.

"I don't know Sase very well, but I hope that he finds his old form again, and yes, he plays a major role now for aTTaX in all leagues they are participating in.

"I feel great about it (the team's victory). There is no other emotion to describe that feeling, being victorious against a strong team even though we had our backs against the wall with attax leading with 2-0.

"This match was special in some ways, as both teams represent the German elite, if I may say so (With exception of some players of course). Thus, this match was an indicator of which team is the best in Germany."

With Raptor-Gaming's 3-2 victory over aTTaX, the recent EPS runner-up also insists that his squad will be able to take down several top-flight teams in the league.

"I know that we are able to win some points from the "bigger" teams," he added.

"And I strongly believe that we are able to beat at least 3 or 4 other teams in this league. Of course, the finals are the goal for every participating team and at the end of the day we will see how far we get with our young team."

When asked about his team's upcoming WC3L match against World Elite, the team which hasn't quite had a satisfactory start after losing 2 points to NoWaYouT, HLA believes that Raptor-Gaming will be able to do just as good, if not better.

"I hope we can manage to score at least 2 points against WE, and we will certainly do everything to achieve this. The only thing we need is a good lineup and a good day, then we could win too."
