As many of you know, the first Fire & Ice LAN qualifier was held in Annandale, Virginia this weekend starting on the 18th. Teams from all over North America travelled to Netolic and challenged each other for a spot in the Grand Finals in Chicago, IL this December.

Evil Geniuses: $1200 + prizes
Pewpewcrew: $800 + prizes
Nasty Habits: $400

EG was given a challenging game by team Akuryou early on in the Upper Bracket Semifinals but played strongly throughout their matches to take the first place position. PPC defeated Nasty Habits twice, the first time in the UB Semifinals, and the second time in the LB Finals to earn 2nd and 3rd respectably.
