The long awaited Chinese movie titled as ‘King of E-Sports’ has been released to various Chinese internet portals.

The movie which aims to raise awareness of the exponentially growing professional gaming scene in China, also featured China’s Warcraft 3 marvel, WE.Pepsi.Sky as a veritable gaming legend.

Movie Plot

Chinese singer-actor Lin Shen plays the character of Xiao Fei, an intelligent young adult waiting to inherit his father’s psychological hospital in Beijing. Meanwhile, he spends a lot of time at internet cafés playing Warcraft 3, hoping to live the life of a professional gamer.

He enters himself in a Warcraft tournament, which Lin sees as a possible breakthrough to a life as a progamer.

Along the way, Lin's love affair has also suffered several upsets.
