Virtus.Pro victorious in Russia *

After a second emplacement at the KODE5 Global Finals in Moscow, Russia a couple of weeks ago, fnatic will once again travel to Russia and compete in a one-day event called GamePlay League.

GamePlayTV, a newly created television channel with specific interest in electronic sports and computer games, asked the Swedes during KODE5 if they would like to return to Russia in hope of winning $5,000 and gain the title "Champions of Moscow" - that of course if they beat Virtus.Pro. Evidently, it's planned that the showmatch will be broadcasted live over Russian television.

This is set to go off on Friday, 6th of June with this schedule:

16:00 CET - Free entrance for all spectators
18:00 CET - Beginning of the showmatch
21:00 CET - Autograph session
22:00-04:00 CET - Party for participants and spectators

Virtus.Pro's line-up:

Russian Fede- Aleksey 'LeX' Kolesnikov
Russian Fede- Roman 'ROMJke' Makarov
Ukraine Mykhailo 'kane' Blagin
Ukraine Daniil 'Zeus' Teslenko
Ukraine Ioann 'Edward' Sukharev

Fnatic's line-up:

Sweden Patrik 'f0rest' Lindberg
Sweden Harley 'dsn' Örwall
Sweden Oskar 'ins' Holm
Sweden Patrik 'cArn' Sattermon
Sweden Oscar 'Archi' Torgersen

Update: The Russian/Ukrainian team Virtus.Pro pounded the Swedes against the wall as they surprised by winning two of three maps. They are from now on entitled as "Champions of Moscow" and bringing home the $5,000 prize purse.

Virtus.Pro actually tied against fnatic during the KODE5 Global Finals, so I'm kinda expecting an even match :) But then again, Virtus had 0-delay-HLTV :p

So you are expecting results 1 hour after the match started, and it's played on three maps :) That's kinda hard tbh.

I wrote my comment at 23:00 that is hardly 1 hour :D

Exactly, you wrote your comment at 23:00, saying that we are 5½ hours late with the results. With simple math it clearly shows that you are requesting results when the match haven't even started =)

But then again, I'm sorry for not posting it earlier. It was the national day of Sweden so I was out celebrating :)

23:00 minus 5½ hour gives you = 17:30 CET :)

taking the fact that match could last 2 hours or 5 hours it's very hard to be correct about when should "we" expect results. but on other sites there "was" info about final score when i wrote it "5½ hours" after the scheduled start. Which doesnt makes me wrong :D... anyhow... the score is updated eventualy and everything is fine :P
