SK-Gaming welcomes sixth
Probably one of the best teams in the beginning of Call of Duty 4 is, without a doubt, SK-Gaming. After winning the CoDQCup and a decent result on the Crossfire Devotti Challenge 4 it has become quiet around the team of captain 
Andre 'iFEARdillema' Merzinsky - until now.
While the big summer LANs are on their way and due to some member- and activity problems the team formerly knows as 'The6Devils' wasin need of an active sixth player to regain their spot in the top of the european rankings. This reason made them recruit the former TLR player Michael 'spaR' Ege who is considered to be the only active german legend playing Call of Duty 4. After winning numerous titles with his old team OCRANA or SPEED-LINK, the twenty-one-year old Berliner is still hungry for more.
The new lineup will make their first LAN appearance on the Antwerp eSports Festival and the eXperience in Roskilde, Denmark.
Statement spaR is the best addition we could get, he is almost the last german oldschool player and exactly that was what we needed. We were in need of a player who survived previous parts of the CoD series but also one whos still hungry for more achievements. Exactly thats what we got with spaR. His agressive gamestyle fits very well into our team and I hope we will have some great days with him! |
Statement I doubt anything better than the offer from SK could have happened to me in this particular moment. After having tough luck at Call of Duty 4 in terms of Teams and support I could not imagine a more suitable team than SK. As I already know all the guys from LANs and Call of Duty 2 we can skip the integration part and start concentrating on this summers' events which makes a lot of things easier. Still, this move is just good for me but not for my old Team TLR - to you guys I can only say thank you for the time, although it was a short one and don't forget: a Space is there to be filled and everyone can be replaced. |
This leaves SK-Gaming.CoD4 with the following lineup:
