Beijing E-Sports Team has confirmed the departure of FoV whose contract officially expires today.

According to the team’s official statement by team manager Erica, the organization is presently undergoing ‘internal adjustments’.

She told Replays.Net: “Today, our Korean Undead player FoV will leave the team. Our contract with him expired, and he will be leaving the organization. Fov is a great Warcraft player. Although we’re sad to see him leave, we will always remember him. I wish him the best of luck.

“BET is currently having some internal adjustments. We will disclose more information in early June.”

FoV played a significant role in BET’s undefeated stint in the WC3L, having won 4 out of 7 games played in the league. However, the 23-year-old will be joining former teammates Check, whO and WinNers to exit the pre-dominant Korean team.

The Korean Undead was acquired into BET last year in July, with an alleged monthly salary of up to $3,500, after spells at armaTeam, 4Kings and wNv Teamwork.

With FoV’s departure from the squad, Beijing E-Sports Team is now left with 3 players which may be insufficient to compete in the WC3L and NGL-One.
