It was only five days ago when team excello decided to expand their Counter-Strike 1.6 team with two new players at
Antti 'Shiri' Makinen's expense. Any legitimate reasons for the player's decision to leave are not given, but it seems that both
Miikka 'dRiim' Toroi and
Janne 'Kuppi' Kuparinen have decided to give up Counter-Strike and focus on their social life.
Whether the team will continue playing or become inactive still remains to be seen. One thing is obvious, roccat is at present the only professional and highly ranked team in Finland. Player changes between these two teams have been frequently seen during 2008.
This leaves excello with:
Matti 'SPIKEONE' Jarvinen
Konsta 'kookas' Kaisla
Samu 'plastE' Aalto
Recruitment directly from the semi-professional scene wouldn't be surprising since the lack of professional players in Finland applies now - as a result of team excello's problem.
