Veteran elf player, wNv.Sai has sealed a berth in the national qualifiers of WCG2008 today, following a series of flawless performances and a smooth victory over usT_Secret in the Grand Finals of WCG Beijing pre-qualifier.

Despite making a last-minute decision to play in the pre-qualifiers, the 20-year-old emphasized that he had been practicing incessantly.

He told myMYM.com: “Actually, I was supposed to play in a pre-qualifier in another city. However, since xiaOt won the WCG wildcard tournament, I decided to play here (Beijing) instead. It’s near anyway.

“I’ve also been having a good amount of practice lately since we moved into the new training apartment.

“Even though the internet there isn’t the best, but it’s still good enough and we can practice well.”

Although majority of the tournament participants were somewhat unheard-of, Sai was adamant that they were no pushovers.

“It wasn’t that easy for me. My opponents were quite good actually, especially the Undead player, Yezi.” he said.
