The highly popular browsergame WC3Manager - check it out here - got a brother a few weeks ago, as DotAmanager.com was launched in beta stage.
The WC3Manager is a game where you take over a squad of WC3-players and have to manage them like a real team. You have to assign training schedules, choosing between different types of training and also have to deal with the lineup-challenge "what lineup will win me the game?" - shortly: you need to find out what it takes to manage your own team, how you can bring it to glory, and how you can become the very best. In DotAmanager you manage your own DotA player!
