KODE5: Controversy in the CS-tournament

Major controversy arised this morning, as the tournament organizers had changed the schedule last night. Instead of scheduling like they originally planned to do, pairing Gorup A vs. Group D and Group B vs. Group C, they changed it, so C was up against A and D was up against B.

The change meant that Poland MYM had to play Sweden fnatic in their Quarter-final, something that obviously gave the Polish side something to think about. As they were told at the end of day 1 that they would play Finland Roccat in their first game today.

While the press-room was buzzing with talk about the changes this morning, no one really knew what was going on. fnatic were a little bit indifferent about the changes, not really caring whether they were going to meet MYM or Brazil mibr; "No matter what, we need to beat them at some point to win the event", team manager Sam Matthews said.

As the changes were reverted (once again), going back to the original plan, Danish Denmark mTw.AMD were at least happy. Instead of meeting Roccat in what Denmark Mohamed 'MJE' Eid called a "50-50 match for us", they now face Hell Raisers - a contender they are much more confident on taking on.

- Well, I think it is at least a 60-40 for us, maybe even 70-30, Mohamed Eid told to myMYM.com exclusively.

- We are not underestimating them, they played fantastic last night, and Eastern European teams are always strong, but I think we can take this one home.

The match will be played on the stage, and is due to begin in a few minutes.

I could have sworn that in the WC3 brackets matches were also changed. Like at first Xyligan was suppose to go up against Happy, while hasuObs was suppose to play infi. But like afterwards everything reversed brackets on all sites changed match Hasuobs plays vs Happy while Xyligan played vs infi. Changing up matches is really frustrating. Well it's all over now.
