Sydney and Wuhan qualified for CGS World Championship

The second season of Championship Gaming Series has commenced, and while the American franchises are still training and preparing for their Regional Final, the Pan-Asia Finals are already over.

Once again Australia Sydney Underground proved to be one of the best teams in the region, as they simply brushed aside Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Taufan in the Semi-final to grab their spot in the CGS World Championship that is held in Los Angeles later this year. Especially the Female DoA-player Eileen played a solid tournament, also eliminating her contestant from Malaysia with 5-0.

The other contestant from the Pan-Asia Finals that will go to Los Angeles is the China Wuhan Dragons. The Chinese team was tied after the DoA-matches, but 6 out of 7 possible points for their Forza Motorsport-team solved the problems.
