Rise.EFC gets Frozen
One of the best Belarus players, 
Frozen has joined up with the European-based squad of 
Rise.EFC.
The 17-year-old is a strong solo player, which might be the main factor bearing on this tranfser. Rise.EFC is currently ranked 3rd at the NGL-Two standings. It's quite obvious that their main goal is nothing other than reaching NGL-One league.
This might prove to be a hard task, although teams like 
ALTERNATE aTTaX, 
wNv and 
Serious Gaming are also fighting for the same goal, thus, adding a strong player like Frozen to the line-up seems like the right resolution.
