Hi Truthbear, thanks for sharing some time with me for this interview. Please introduce yourself to our readers.

- Hi Jonas, hello community! My name is Roman ‘TruthBear' Lammers, I am 18 years old and one of the movie makers of Spirit Production and Meet Your Makers. I started the moviemaking nearly two years ago, worked with the community and finally became a member of Spirit Production, which was later picked up by MYM. At the moment I am working on the Warcraft 3 movie "Legends Of Warcraft".

Just in case some people don't know what Spirit Production is and what it has to do with myMYM.com, enlighten them.

- Spirit Production is the official mediacompany of Meet Your Makers and we created several movies and trailers in the past. In our group there are movie cutters and editors, which gives us the possibilty to unite the skill of different people in one team and create great movies about eSport related games.

You directed a couple of movies already during the last years, do you still count them?

- You are right, in the last two years I made several movies about WarCraft 3. I really do not count them anymore, but I know all of them, that's why I often want to close my eyes while watching my first videos and forget about them. But with the time you learn and become better and better, so that you are able to do different jobs and not only just skillmovies. So you will never get bored by making movies.

What challenges did you face in the past while creating movies and which programs are you using to produce movies these days?

- There were several skillmovies I created in the past, but I also tried to make something extraordinary like funmovies, where I tried for example to connect shoutcasts with videos. Especially since I started working for Meet Your Makers new challanges came up! I had to cut a lot of trailers for events like the WC3L, NGL-ONE or World Cyber Games. I mainly use Sony Vegas for cutting and creating my movies and Fraps for recording the replays. My mates from Spirit Production also make use of Photosop, World Editor and After Effects, so that they are able to help me a lot and improve things in my movies.

A few weeks ago you announced on myMYM.com a movie called "Legends of WarCraft" with a quite impressive teaser. How did you come up with the idea for that movie and about what will it be?

"Legends Of Warcraft" will be kind of a clanmovie about MYM.WC3. It is a mix of WarCraft skill moves and scenes that show the players outside the game and "in real". In this way the viewer will be able to look inside the team and feel more from the player and the teamspirit. The MYM WarCraft 3 team is legendary, it's successful and well-known, that is why they should get their own movie. It is a tribute to a great team and a great clan.

You focused only on four MYM players in the teaser. Will we see more players in the full movie?

- This was one of the most important questions while making the concept for "Legends Of Warcraft". Grubby, Moon, Susiria and Lucifer will be included and I decided to let out Storm, Eve and Ciara. There is one main reason for this decision: to get in all seven players would be too much for one movie at once and too much for you guys, the spectators. That's why I chose the four key players, although I am aware of that the others are not less important for the team.

In the teaser you didn't use that hardcore metal music like what has often been used in the past in WC3 movies. Why?

- The music is quite important. The connection between cut and music is maybe the most important thing in making a movie, so that the viewer is able to "feel" the movie. There will be no hardcore metal music in the fullmovie. The intro will be held in an epic style, as we saw it in the teaser. Rock music will follow but with many different variations, so that every one of you will hopefully find a song he likes.

Can you tell us something about the storyline in the final movie?

- The movie consists of six parts. As I mentioned already, you will see the intro in an epic style. Afterwards there will be the four main parts about Grubby, Moon, Susiria and Lucifer. Finally you get some more impressions of the team and the movie will close of course with an outro.

- In the new preview video you can see 30 seconds of the Lucifer-Part. The first scene is taken from a game against ToD, in which he creepjacks and kills a mass of his workers. The following two scenes show Lucifer in a game against Grubby, stealing a creep and killing his Farseer in the last second before TP-out.

You also included the unit sounds there.

- Unit sounds are quite important to underline the scenes and their actions. The viewer will understand what's happening much better, so that he is able to associate a sound with a dead Farseer or a killed worker for example.

- The special effects are another way (next to music, cut and sounds) to underline the scenes. In fact this movie will not be overloaded by effects, so that it gets a "serious" style. In the second screenshot you see a glow-effect, which tries to create a "hot" atmosphere to underline the breath of the panda.

- Yeah, that is a screenshot of the Moon-Part and we see his left hand on the keyboard. If you watch the movie you will recognize that it is a "zoom-out-scene" which is just amplified by a simple "radial Blur" effect and some colour changes. This way I can increase the dynamics and the speed of the movie.

So the final question is, when will the full movie be released?

- Yeah, that is quite an important question for all the people out there. I would never tell you a date, that is just not possible when you make movies, there are so many different factors which influence the date of publication. If I would promise you I will be ready till April, 20th it could be even earlier (but not later I think), let's see... Just stay tuned on myMYM.com guys!
