On April 1998, a RTS game called StarCraft was on the gaming stores shelves. What was considered the space version of WarCraft II, quickly turned away from living into its shadow and made a name for itself. With almost 10 million copies sold worldwide, StarCraft is one of (if not) the best RTS games ever to be created. Now the game celebrates its 10th anniversary!

If you are the one to say “I <3 SC”, then you’re Blizzard’s main focus now, as they just announced a photo mosaic project consisting of StarCraft-related pictures form all around the world - where you can win exclusive Blizzard prizes! In the contest over at the Blizzard page there are no people from Europe and many other countries allowed to participate.

What are the rules?

- the “I <3 SC” logo must be visible;
- the picture format must be JPG;
- the resolution must be at least 1024x768;
- the image must weigh less than 2Mb;
- you can add screenshots from videos you did
- processed photos are allowed
- only people that have a valid myMYM.com account can participate.

- Blizzard and myMYM.com will choose from all submissions you send 10 pieces
- here on myMYM.com a community vote will start and 3 photos with the most votes will win prizes:

When is the deadline?

You can send your pictures to myMYM.com until April 18, 2008, 23:00 CET. After that a community vote will start that will last for one week.

How can I participate?

Send your funny, serious, crazy, unique picture application via E-Mail as quick as possible to crow (@) mymym.com . This must include: the photo you submit, your nickname on myMYM.com, your full adress - that we can send you your prize if you win!

Please notice that people from the following countries are NOT allowed to participate in this contest: UNITED STATES, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND AND SINGAPORE. People from the countries listed above can participate in the original contest Blizzard hosts.

What else do I need to remember?

Clearly stated by Blizzard Entertainment in its own contest, ANY image containing the “I <3 SC” picture is accepted. This equates to the allowance of photo manipulations and alterations (Photoshop, GIMP, et cetera). Following the conclusion of the “I <3 SC” contest, Blizzard Entertainment will construct a StarCraft themed mosaic constituting of submitted photos. You may not necessarily win a T-Shirt or CLUB MYM Membership, but you have a great chance to be featured in a work of art!
