* AWL: XyligaN, ToD and RotterdaM back out

Human duo Russian Fede- Human GG.XyligaN and France Human mouz.ToD have decided not to play the European qualifiers of the AWL Season 4 due to unforeseen circumstances.

While the Russian Human will have to attend a family function tomorrow, mouz.ToD has chosen to participate in an ESWC pre-qualifier in France and has forgone his spot. Nonetheless, the latter will be replaced by United State- Human srs.SonKiE, while XyligaN’s spot will be given to tonight’s pre-qualifier winner.

With such short notice prior to this weekend’s (March 1-2, 2008) AWL European qualifier, only four players were able to participate in this pre-qualifier. These four talented players will be play in a single elimination format with a best-of-3 system.

Update: Congratulations to Belarus Nightelves GG.Frozen, United State- Human srs.SonKiE and Russian Fede- Orc ieS.Sting who are qualified for the AWL Season 4 European Qualifiers. ToD will be replaced by SonkiE in Group A, Frozen will replace his teammate XyligaN, and Sting will replace RotterdaM.

The flight is not for Europe, but for Seoul. The Final 4 of the European qual will be participating in the (online) AWL Season 4. The best four in that season will go to Seoul. I'm forever blowing bubbles!

I dont care what you heared and I do not care if you want naniwa in the AWL. Fact is that he is not welcome in the AWL and there is no need to add reason, but my personal reason is just 1 of the reasons.
There is also no need of starting a discussion. This decision is also supported by the players of the AWL.

thats a lie, don't spread lie's just because 1 or 2 players support it doesnt mean all players do, why don't you hold a poll instead with public results of the 32 players and ask if they agree that its a good thing Naniwa gets banned from this competition for things he did in the past, why don't you do that instead of making a untrue statement saying its supported by the players? Didn't your mommy teach you lieing is a bad thing? Spreading lies in public is even worse, you should REALLY watch out with the things you say in public if you wanna appear as a professional tournament orga...

Naniwa is not the guy who has a lot friends in Korea, he is flaming in many games and he is the guy showing bad behaviour. That is a fact, you can argue as much as you want. You are not part of this tournament anymore, this was your own choice.
I am not going to run after you and beg you to come back, I have a lot of players in my back who want to play this tour badly, and if we do not invite a gamer, it is our decision. We are the admins of this AWL Qualifier and we make the rules, you are not the guy for that. If u skip a tour with around 20 K USD pricemoney, cuz your friend is not in the tour, that is fine for me.

I am glad that I got to know the real Rotterdam. It is also about promoting yourself and you said you wanted to sign out. We accepted it, of course its not the way we wished things to happen. BUT we will not follow you and your moody attitude.

Sting is glad to take your place and he will do all he can to play good in this tournament without causing troubles.

There will be NO poll about naniwa, there will be just no Naniwa. A guy flaming Koreans in the big games, should play a Korea Tournament? You must be really kidding me. A guy who says stuff like "hey army now u can search new friends" to the newspost of the death of Tazz... there will be no way of a 2nd 3rd 4th chance. This is the last I will say about this.

Maybe you should think about stepping out of a tournament and hurting yourself, before doing various things which you might regret. You are no longer part of the tournament, so please dont interfere into any actions of this tournament. Thanks alot and have a nice day.

And about Naniwa & Korea, what about Duck? Duck was way worse or HEY what about Winner, flaming Sweet for wide eyed fuck to play in WEG#3 a few weeks later? Haha youre still pathetic loseman, the real fact here is that naniwa SHOULD be in there, as he is one of the top tier players in europe. sase said it best ( oh and btw, sase and naniwa are FAR from friends, yet he can push his personal preference aside, something the organisers of this tournament can learn a lot from ^^ ) , even if he is unmannered or used to be, in every real sport there are unmannered players as well, they don't get banned either, hey look at materazzi, what did he say about zidane's sister or whatever, yet i don't see the serie a banning him for what he did in the world cup.

New competition, naniwa did nothing wrong in this league, obviously he belongs in this league since he beat 60/70% of the players in here, yet he doesn't get the chance to proof himself as a player, proof himself as a player that he belong here, proof that he can be mannered and can be a respectable person in competiton. Moves like this totally block the grow of e-sports, there's no justice, just people with personal preferrence and if they can they will always push there will and ignore the right thing to do.

For those who wish to debate about SonKiE (American) taking part in the Europe qualifiers, look at the Europe qualifiers for Stars War where Nilknarf participated as well. This also explains why you see Turkey competing in European cups in soccer. Naniwa was not included in the tournament for several reasons. Sure he's skilled, but his overall reputation and professionalism speaks for himself. Pretty sad to see rotti boycotting the tournament like that though ;-) Last edited by Wind at 01.03.2008, 06:20
