Counter Strike

23rd February 2008, 21:00

Good things come to an end

The Counter-Strike living legend Sweden Abdisamad 'SpawN' Mohamed steps down from SK and will take a different role in the team, offering a free spot in the starting five for team latest addition, Sweden Christopher 'GeT_RiGhT' Alesund.

The world renowned and also arguably the most famous Counter-Strike player ever, SpawN decided to step back as a professional player and will from now on be promoting SK during team's attended events, as an ambassador of electronic sports.
SpawN joined SK-Gaming five years ago, showing is capacity to bring a team to victory during the World Cyber Games in 2003. He would soon be considered as one of the best gamers of the planet.

Mohamed's decision led to SK bringing their sixth player as a natural replacement, former NiP member Christopher Alesund also known as GeT_RiGhT. The Swedish shining star was signed by the organization few months ago, considered to share the characteristics of Mohamed back in time, "Christopher convinced the rest of the team with his hard work and dedication.".

The new SK-Gaming Counter-Strike lineup now consists of:

Sweden Jimmy 'allen' Allen
Sweden Robert 'RobbaN' Dahlström
Sweden Kristoffer 'Tentpole' Nordlund
Sweden Dennis 'walle' Wallenberg
Sweden Christopher 'GeT_RiGhT' Alesund

sad to see spawn step down but it also wasn't right that Get_right was on the bench not playing :-\ GL to spawn on his "sabbatical" and GL to get_right filling his shoes.
