MgZ) joins Team Excello

xlo

The misteriously always powerful France MicroGamerZ have decided it's time to try their luck in the woods of multi-gaming, or in other words they've joined the Portugal Excello team. Led by Greece Bartar the xLo Starcraft team showed what it's like to be on top of the scene, apparently the Excello's management liked this and after the sudden loss of their Starcraft squad they have decided to find a suitable replacement. Managers of both MgZ) and xLo have given a statement on this matter...

Portugal Alberto 'tomahawk' Teixeira, Managing Director for Team Excello:

I was very sad to find out that Bartar's team folded but, even though that happened, we were still looking to be into the StarCraft scene. With that said, the next logical step was to contact the MicroGamerZ team, which was very open for our proposal, as well as to the projects we presented. Therefore, I am really happy to announce that MicroGamerZ will be defining excellence under Excello from now on.

As for the manager of MgZ), Finland Timo 'DetO' Leinonen shared his own thoughts:

We are very happy to join with great multigaming organization such as Excello. Its next logical step for us after competing on a high level for a long time. We are changing family into another but the soul remains and we're looking forward to have great time with excello in the future and ofcourse prove that were worthy.

One wave crashes, another one rises...old xLo as we've come to know it might be dead, but the new one shouldn't be underestimated.

Self-proclaimed powerhouse changing its clothes, it\'s going to be interesting to see how long will this last. They might lack 1st class names in their roster but they had an amazing stability on the competitive level, so far.

it's hard to lead a team when money gets involved :) sponsors and so on complicate things, bartar handled it pretty well, in fact his team is the only big one that survived the "multi-gaming team" curse, usually such things last for 1-2months and then the team finds another sponsored multi-gaming shelter, until finally it dies or returns to the old form. i'm anxious to see what will happen here

Good luck anyways, even as the clan tag has some kinda negative touch due to the great efforts of Bartar.

MgZ will do a great job, there is no worry, and the team will go on better than the old xlo.

i have no sympathy for that.

i hope they keep their spirit
wasnt it mgz yelling at everyone how they would never invite sponsors and how such teams are no real teams, but sorry mercs instead? if im not awfully mistaken here, mgz already lost its spirit.
