Two-time WCG and PGL winner, WE.Sky reveals in an interview with Replays.Net that World Elite is presently establishing another talent team for 2009. This can be exemplified by the fact that the Chinese Undead player, PanXiang was seen wearing the “WE.09” tag in last weekend’s edition of ZOTAC (Replay).

Nonetheless, defending champion of PGL swept through today’s games by defeating FoV and his fellow teammate, suhO, both with a score of 2 to 0.

Congratulations to you, Sky. How do you feel now that you have progressed on to the next round?
Thanks, I’m feeling a little relieved now that I will have 3 days of extra practice in preparation for the next round

Which match was the most difficult for you?
Probably the one against suhO on TR. I felt a little complacent after I forced a cancel on his Ancient of War by luring the creeps to it, but somehow he managed to counter it. But eventually I still managed to win that game.

Actually I haven’t been practicing with Night elves for more than a week already, so I feel really satisfied winning that game.

You beat FoV with a 2-0 score today. How do you feel about that?
I guess it’s not that bad since we’ve played quite a few times before. Both games were extremely close, he had the upper-hand in the earlier stage of the game, but I tried to get as much advantage as possible and finally won the match.

What are your thoughts about mouz.Yumiko?
In my eyes, he’s one of the most improved player recently since I’ve known him for a long time. He is a really hardworking player. In fact, I admire him a lot because he is able to handle his studies and yet play Warcraft on a professional level.

What is your aim for this PGL?
I’m aiming for a first place. I was joking around with my teammates before I arrived here that since I wasn’t able to win WCG 3 times, I must win PGL 3 times at least. Of course, this target won’t be easy for me, and I’m willing to do whatever it takes to win this tournament.

Which player in your eyes should we watch out for in 2008?
The newcomers of WE.09 and GGTry, who did pretty well at CEG Shaoxing!

How would you like the patch 1.22 to be?
I don’t think I want any changes for 1.22. But I would be gathering the opinions of everyone if I am the game balancer. But from a professional gamer’s point of view, I would prefer to adapt to the changes made by Blizzard and work on new strategies.

Your objective for 2008?
I will try to discipline myself and learn how to put aside all burden and pressures to just concentrate on winning my games.
