Since we need to play 2 games, i'm not sure if we will be able to play the 2nd game at that time, since one of our players is only available till 20.00 CET this day.

Diabolik, sorry for the late notice, but it seems that we cannot play on Wednesday at 18.00 CET, however, about 21.00 CET seems suitable for us, and in this case we can play both games on that day.
Alternatively, if it's not convenient for you - we can play on Thursday before/after our games with brasilans (i dunno if they want it earlier or later since they do not reply currenty)
