Rules
| Game Version : DotA Allstars v6.27b |
| General |
• Competition Method: 5 v 5 |
| Teams |
• A team must minimum have 5 players in the team roster |
| Game Settings |
• Game Mode: Pick (1 side as Sentinel, 1 side as Scourge) |
| Bugs and restrictions |
| • The use of a bug may result in a default loss • Creep skipping is not allowed, meaning you may not attack the enemies building without creep support. If you reached the building with creeps you are though allowed to continue attacking it even if the creeps are killed • Each team may only have two Mekanism • Each team may only have one Necronomicon • It is not allowed to buy items for other players on your team. An exception to this is healing/clarity potions. Ring of Health, Ring of Regeneration, Voidstone, Sobimask Perservence and Chickens may be shared • It is allowed to share unitcontrol to purchase items, as long as the item is delivered immediately to the player who paid for it • It is not allowed to refresh spells or items with Adapt or Grow |
| Disconnections |
| • Before a hero has been killed: match restart • After a hero has been killed: Game can be saved and restarted, if the same player disconnects more than 3 times, the other team may chose to continue the match without the disconnected player • After a remake all players have to pick the same heros as before, and must go to the same starting lane. On initial creep contact, the players may change lane |
| Before and after games |
• If a host has been decided upon, the entire match will be finished with that host, unless both teams agree to change |
| Intentional use of game bugs or cheats will result in a BAN! |

Hmm:
After a hero has been killed: Game can be saved and restarted, if the same player disconnects more than 3 times, the other team may chose to continue the match without the disconnected player I think its not possible to save game after some1 left because the slot of the left player gets closed, or am i wrong? | |

you are right, but i think this rule is about how to handle a remake situation after a death.

No, i think it means if some1 leaves after a herokill, you should save and remake the game, but this isnt possible.

6.29b is definetly better especially because of the necro nerf.
Btw I'd suggest that Scourge has the right to host since it's in general the weaker side and they need a good host for their AoE. | |

What about Players who are banned in other Leagues like DotA-league.com ? Are they allowed to Play the Tourney?

Maybe 6.29 has fixed some bugs, but it has other imbalances, so I would prefer playing 6.27b, its the most stable version at the moment imo.

This cant be a problem since none of the ultimates need to be leveled atonce, so i really cant see the problem :) | |

Can i share for a short time any item (other than rings, sobi, etc..) like heart of tarasque, reaver..?
"buildings" in creep skipping include spirit towers and ancient protectors lvl 1 and 2? | |

I have a question regarding the following rule:
"The last host will be decided by a coinflip conducted by an admin" What guarantee do we, the teams participating, have that the so called coinflip will be fair or done at all? | |
i must also ask a question - if one team is from North America and the second one from Europe, this coinflip also decides on whick server will it take place? like when european team wins the hosting, first match will be on northrend, second one on azeroth or lordaeron?

My_Dota is perfect map. And it can be best map for tournaments in future. But My_Dota has a lot of bugs.... Plz don't use it on this tournamebt, coz a lot of problem's will with bugs.
