The forth season of PGL is set to commence from the 01st till 10th of January 2009 featuring stellar players in WarCraft 3 and StarCraft from all over the world.

Some of the best stars of current Warcraft III scene will be gathered together to define exciting pro-gaming, once again.

The old-school Human master Li "Sky" Xiaofeng who has just come back from a set of unsatisfying results, is gaining shape again and goes to Chegdu to prove his might. The other Human star partaking, is one other than the reigning chanpion Xiang "TH000" Huang. Although he has been under-performing lately, he has shown he knows his way around such tournaments already and is one of the favorites for sure.

Talking about stars, one can not over-look the thunderus Jang "Moon" JaeHo, also known as Andromeda. Coming from a 2nd place at WCG 2008 and a well-deserved first place at IEF 2008, Moon looks motivated more than ever. He will have a tough time getting over the likes of Lyn, Infi and his teammate Grubby, though.

When in comes to StarCraft you really don't want to challenge PGL by saying "Surprise me!", because possible champions are lurking out of every corner, some of them being the MYM players White-ra and Strelok, not to mention the players sent from South Korea who always seem to be some randomly picked names while in reality they turn out to be monsters capable of chewing foreigners just like any other top class progamer, as for the last piece of the PGL puzzle - naturally it's the Chinese armada which has a nasty combination of both quantity and quality with players such as PJ, F91, Legendary and many more ready to perhaps turn this tournament into a triple victory for China by taking all the top spots. Also rising star NonY from America who is fighting in Korea those days wants to win the title.
