World e-Sports Masters 2008 *Infi wins*
The World e-Sports Masters 2008 are about to start this weekend. From the 26th October to the 1st November eight players in Warcraft 3 and eight teams in Counter-Strike 1.6 will compete for an overall prizemoney of US$100,000.
Both competitions will feature a groupstage in best-of-one and playoffs in single-elimination, best-of-three. The event is located in HangZhou, China - due to the tight schedule of IEM Dubai and Make Games Colorful some players might have stress to arrive in time.
In Warcraft 3 we will see a fight between the disappointers of Make Games Colorful 
Moon, WhO, Lyn, 
Infi and Sky plus the European duo 
ToD and 
Grubby. 
HoT won't attend the World e-Sports Masters 2008 due to visa problems - MGC 2008 champion TeD is going to replace him.
Counter-Strike reunites the winners of the IEM Events in 2008 - 
SK-Gaming (Los Angeles), fnatic (Montreal) and 
mousesports (Dubai) have shown great results in the last weeks and seem to be the favourites. Besides this the runner-up of Dubai 
MeetYourMakers, eSTRO and wNv will join the tournament.
You can follow the whole event via PPLive - GameBankTV provides two videostreams (400k and 800k) for every game.
