Man whats up with MyM. Once upon a time the only teams that gave them serious problems were VP and SK. But only VP used to win them most of the time. Now its like every other team like SGC Eg WG KS are havin close games with them and winning many times. Question; has Merlini and P0c quit dota and mym altogether or is they inactive temporarily due to real life priorites. Las couple of months MyM could really have used players of merlini calibre and experience. Join the DarkSide. We have cookies

(last year)  #18 VkBanjkan3   Other teams have got better, and with the new map everyone starts on equal footing, while their teamwork and play is probably better than those teams mentioned, the dominance in .48b was mostly because they had the map down to a fine art, having played it for a good half a year +. When MYM have perfected their play on .52e,f,g,w/e I'm sure there will be a skill gap. This is not to take away from teams like WG, EG etc, there was a huge skill gap before, and i'm pretty sure that it won't be so huge now that everyone is getting better. The all Euro lineup is optimal for MYM imo, i don't see how Merlini/p0c can really change anything hugely, it's not like Levent/Mania/maelk/H4nni aren't high-calibre or experienced... in terms of why they dont' play recently, they didn't come to europe and so didnt' play with the team at DH/Paris, it's understandable seeing as it's a good chunk out of your time and you have to get flights etc.

WOW kinda sad for MYM that the ESWC dudes didn't do double elimination.. :/ If there's double elim, I'm sure MYM could give a run for the 2nd spot.. Or if they were beaten in the loser brackets, I would still be satisfied as they would probably be beaten convincingly.. lets look on the positive side, MyM has made a lot of progress since dreamhack, and there game vs EG was really anyones game, at first MyM was winning, then EG came back in, the score at the end of the game was like 36 to 35 or something, havn't seen sk game but i heard it didn't go so well, but SK has really been pushing and has played more games on the new map. eg > mym ... I don't really understand how this site can have the wrong result. Well, I can but it's not a good thought. EG already qualified for San Jose via the US qualifier. Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the top 3 unqualified teams would advance. SK and TeG would be through since I hadn't seen them qualify before. Yeah, both teams were kind of demoralized for the 3rd place match because neither of us really had anything to play for. However, there is a Syllabear in it... but on the MYM side, so I guess it's still kind of interesting to watch for people with a Bear fetish!
