ENC has a different way of handling their admission. Countries that have been playing in the main rounds or/and the grand final for the past three years get points for either winning or tieing a match. Six nations have started directly from the main rounds while six other nations, unfortunately, had to qualify into the main rounds. These are the 12 nations competing for 4 positions in the grand finals:
