Here is the fifth playday, with such a nice match-up distribution that we can't simply overlook it. Just look at this: a TvT, a PvP and a ZvZ, followed by a PvT. Well, 3 mirror matches out of 3 possible is still something pretty rare.
| Week 3 Day 1 | ||||
| Group | Player 1 | Player 2 | Map | |
| A | By.Flash | > | Sea[Shield] | Andromeda |
| B | Jangbi | < | BeSt | Hwarangdo |
| C | Rumble | < | Luxury | Troy |
| D | Much | > | InteR.Mind | Othello |
Flash became the Schumacher of StarCraft: his games are boring but he wins. He doesn't really care about showing off, outmicroing or doing some weird build, because - hold on to your seat - he doesn't NEED to. He simply plays better than the others. Today's victim:
Sea.
JangBi is definitely a PvT wonder, with a great deal of cool moves in that match-up. However, that won't save him from SK T1's young Protoss player with that arrogant nickname -
BeSt - because, since he's good at PvT, he can't be good at another MU, simple as that. We can't say that BeSt dominated, but there was a series of mistakes from JangBi that were exploited in a very efficient way.
Rumble pulled out some nice stunts this OSL, but he was now facing one of the best ZvZ player in the world. As expected,
Luxury walked away victorious, as Rumble apparently choked and was unable to cope with the pressure.
Mind is a TvP player, no doubt about it.
Much was looking well after his victory against Bisu, so his confidence was there with him. Again, Much was underrated and again he won. Although Mind put up a good fight, he simply was no match for Uncle Toss. Keep betting against Much, people, you see what happens.

that seems to me that BeS's doing well so far
