Video: Grubbys interviews head of ROTK

The first day (yesterday) of the tournament started off with the players getting picked up by a shuttle bus at 8:40am from their hotel. Supposedly, the players would have computers to practice until 10:00am when their matches begin. Unfortunately, the matches kicked off after 2:00pm which left everyone in a complete frustration.

Netherlands MYM]Grubby investigated that issue and asked the director of ROTK China Tibo about the problems.

Yeah man I am sorry for that. I agree that my English is a bit fucked up in that news. But I ask you kindly to consider that I barely didn't sleep the last days to make this Coverage possible as you can watch it now. Next to that it is really hot here since the air condition is not workin like it should. Yeah, and there is a reason why Chinese internet is famous to be rly slow. Sounds like whining? Just wanna try to explain me my situation... I will try to get a proofreader the next time for it anyways. Some ppl come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay ever!

...To correct your own english, place "proper" infront of "english." In the English Language, adjectives come before the noun they are modifying. In this case, "proper" modifies "english." And, "cant" is "can't," but that's not a speaking problem as much as a grammar problem. Yes, English is a very challenging language to speak, and even more so from someone who speaks a language with no relation to Latin/Greek/French/Old English, such as Chinese. So I say, just give him a break, atleast he is making a valid attempt. I for one would fail miserably at speaking Chinese since I only speak English and some Spanish. :)

While I applaud your attempt to help correct someone's English, you're slightly wrong. Adjectives in most cases do come before the noun (attributive adjectives), but there are other cases where they do not. These post modifiers are called predicative adjectives. Generally they come after the (copula or linking) verb but still influence the noun.

Attributive: the large balloon
Predicative: the balloon is large

As for Hendrik's comment, I think he was possibly implying why would someone with relatively poor English go on camera and do an interview. If he isn't confident then there's no shame in having someone translate. English is actually one of the easiest languages to speak, just for reference.

Redundant point, I can explain specifically and technically why English is a much easier language to learn than others but I guess that would be would be too objective and helpful of me, wouldn't it?
