General info
Extreme Masters Season 2 is one of the biggest and most important tournaments for CS- and WC3-players in 2008. With a prize pool of a massive $285,000, the competition is one of the most attractive in the world. After a International qualifier in Los Angeles, and a online qualifier in Europe, 10 CounterStrike teams and 10 WarCraft players are ready to compete for the title as ESL Extreme Masters Champion.
The event will be hosted a the German fair CeBIT in Hannover and the games will start on the 6th of March with the Grand Finals being on the 9th of March.
