Back in the good ol' days, when men where men (and not metrosexual “beings”), when ClanBase EuroCup was still regarded as an important competition and when most of Europe were still having 1Mbit connections, Mousesports was the unchallenged number one in CS-Germany. Though the roster was changing just as fast back then, Mouz maintained a firm hold of the CounterStrike-throne in Germany throughout a long period. In 2006 aTTaX hit back though. After a great year for aTTaX, Mousesports (once again) tried to poach the best team for the coming EPS-season. And the rest is history; aTTaX won back to back EPS.de-championships in 2007 and qualified for the WCG 2007.

The NGL ONE Finals is the chance for Mousesports to strike back. They did great against mTw.dk at the Intel Friday Night Game in Cologne and if they can beat aTTaX – on home soil – it will be a great start to the year for them. Mousesports might have qualifieed to the finals on a delicate foundation – only being there because they had a better mapscore than mTw.dk – but they are no newcomers and will pose a threat to anybody who cross them.
