In order to sign up for the Prime Defending 9, you have to create a team here on the homepage and add all the players - that wish to participate in the tournament - to the roster. Only players added to the team's roster on mymym.com may play in the tournament. Also it is important that the account names here on the homepage are similar to those used on GG Client. A team must consist of 5 players minimum.

When a team has been created on the homepage and 5 players are added to the roster, the teamleader can sign up by writing in the thread according to his teams origin / player majority.

The teamleader must write down the names of the players and one designated person that can act as a representative during a leader's absence.

The teamleader or at least the representative must be available during the entire tournament, since he will be the  team's one and only contact person in case of problems or conflicts. Hence just the leaders are allowed to contact admins when problems arise, they will be given access to a closed channel where they can post if an admin is needed.

It is mandatory for all players to enter their Battle.net accounts, GG.net accounts and MSN accounts in their profile here on MeetYourMakers.com. Also player photos and further contact information are to be updated/uploaded. The adress field and phone numbers have to be filled in at the latest during the playoff stage for a faster prize distribution.
