Eight players have emerged from 4 groups as the AWL progresses on to its knock-out round.

Defending champion, wicked.SocceR whom breezed through the groupstages effortlessly by defeating all his opponents, will face runner-up of Group B, SK.Lyn.

The second match will feature MYM's undead veteran, MYM]Lucifer who will play against fellow undead rival, BeT.Sweet. The latter pummeled SK.ReMinD in an epic undead vs night elf match-up in order to attain a place in the quarter-finals.

Unfortunately, teamates BeT.WinNers and BeT.Check will be competing for a spot in the semi-finals with a night-elf mirror.

Last but not least, MYM]FoCuS will be pitting his skills against BeT.FoV in an orc vs undead match-up. Similar to Sweet, FoCuS managed to take down SK.ReMinD in Group D's tiebreaker for a spot in the quarter-finals.

The single elimination matches will be played in a best-of-3 format and will be broadcasted live via stream. Games will begin at 1100hrs CET, 8th of January, 2008.
