Banning the bulgarian team is just super wrong. You can ban the players (YOU CHOSE THE CAPTAIN, REMEMBER?) that were responsible for the last shits, but don't punish the bulgarian dota community... It's just not fair. Just pick another captain, because it was YOUR fault the last time:)
