The highly famous and biggest online DotA-Tournament in the world is back and ready to take it to the next - 8th - round and the sign-ups are now open for you to register! Gather your team of five or more and be a part of this worldwide event filled with major battles, intriguing skirmishes and breathtaking duels as myMYM in cooperation with SENNHEISER Communications brings you the 8th Edition of Prime Defending!
Every team that wants to participate in the tournament may feel free to sign up - the team's registration doesn't even cost anything!
The signups will be open until Monday, 29th of October 23:59 CEST.
The tournament system:
* there will be a qualifier for each continent. The games will be played within 4 playdays. Match format is bo1, single elimination.
* top8 ranked teams from each qualifier goes in the group-stage, match format: bo1, single elimination.
* top2 ranked teams from each group qualifies for the playoff stage where they will play a bo1 match, single elimination.
* top4 ranked teams will qualify for the final stage where they will play bo3 matches, double elimination.

| All teams must meet up in the channel #MYM.PriDe on IRC Quakenet. IRC is necessary since there are so many teams, and there is not room for so many people on a Battle.net channel, so make sure that you get IRC working before the tournament. Also you must remember to stay on IRC at all times, so we can keep in contact. If a team stops responding on IRC then it may recieve a default loss.
