My name is Pu Liu, I'm 20 years old, and I go by the alias Whisper, even if it is a bit homo. I'm currently attending the University of Chicago but I'm going to be studying abroad for the next year in London so I can be closer to Poddy.

Why the nick Whisper?

Hmm...I used to play ladder and I would always use the Priestess of the Moon for its owl, because it was green and invulnerable.

(Green being the dominating factor, of course)

So Tyrande Whisperwind was put into my head as the ladder princess character, and if I used Whisperwind, more good players would play Arranged Team with me because they would think that I'm a girl (manginas ftw). So I used a2.Whisperwind which shortened to verGe.Whisper for better symmetry, and because it wouldn't all fit.

So how did you make the move from ladder to dota then?

King would refuse to own Arranged Team games with me because he was addicted to DotA. Then when CAL picked up DotA, he convinced me to play because I had played Counterstrike in CAL before and the competitive leagues make games more fun.

Side note: are you any King related? (both share a surname, Liu, although this is a common Chinese name)
