I've been a CS player for a few years and I've played with a lot of players from my city. I've watched this technique in action for years. Aside from myself I have tested it on ages between 13/17 and it works as long as they don't change their technique or stop using it. The moment you stop training in the right way, you are wasting your time exept for the non-focused games. All you need is a will and good self-discipline. "If there is a will, there is way". This article is mostly on the physical side of the subject.
