The most consistent player for srs has been American player Sonkie, who had a solid Season 13 and Qualifier 14 for WC3L. I tried to get a better understanding of the teams performance and what kept the very talented srs from qualifying for another Season of the world's top WC3 league.

How has your team been since being knocked out of WC3L qualifiers?
We are doing fine, we are all still active and practicing. Most of us now are just focusing on upcoming LAN tournaments
Were you satisfied with your personal performance in WC3L and what did you think about your team performance?
I'm disatisfied with how the match vs wNv went.
Xiaot is a great player don't get me wrong, but I think I could have beaten him if I just had better conditioning. I took two finals, Calculus and Physics that day. Coming home from school I was drained and exhausted. I should have postponed, but I lost : (
In speaking with some other teams, it seems others such as Delta in similar situations as yours have difficulty with consistency because of the fact players have jobs/school and are not true professionals like teams such as SK or MYM. Is there anyway teams such as yours can do to help improve consistency?
You can still have a job and go to school and keep up your skills. To stay consistent just requires higher thinking and few practice games a day to stay sharp. I don't see any players in Delta that have good mind sets and have the ability to improve. My best advice to these teams would just be to practice with each other and give each other good advice - also watching replays and just learning from your mistakes.
Is there anything in srs you think is missing that could put you back into the WC3L or do you think you just had some bad luck in the qualifiers?
Some bad luck I think.... we have amazing players but sometimes we just screw up. It sucks because we can really beat top teams if we are all playing well. Out spirit is high now and we are all in good shape so I think we will do better next qual.
Has there been any talks among players about welcoming a new member to your team, or is everyone happy with the players there? Would a new player help your chances?
As of now we have no plans to add any new players. We are completely satisfied with our roster, with the exception of
Kiwikaki. Just kidding!
How do you like your chances in WPL Playoffs?
I think we will win first.
Does the fact that nWo knocked you out of WC3L qualifier give you added motivation to win this next match?
Of course! We must make up for our past mistakes. No time to lose now...
Anything you want to add or say?
Just a shoutout to my team, and I want to thank srs for all they have provided for me :D
