![]() Soth | I think it is hard to determine who did better, but i think based on drafts MYM won the draft in both games, just their execution in the first game was badly done and thus punished. For the first game my opinion changed after 15 mins in favour for mouz, they were ganking alot better and had wards all around the map and pudge really too advantage of the low hp of Enigma and Maiden. It didn't change in the second game though, i thought MYM drafts were better and they played really well. Definetly the Sniper pick stood out the most, but that's it. I was really surprised that Heroes like Puck, Magna, Darkseer or Treant were not picked. Pretty sure MYM tried to pull a decent Strategy in the first game but really failed at that , same with he second, was surprised they picked sniper, but did good at that match. These two maps have changed a lot, we wont see the usual, (SK, lina, leshrac, QoP, PotM etc) picks, which i like the most. The variation of picks and lineups is what the DotA community needs after the long run with 6.48b. We were bound to jump over to the new version at some point and luckily the gap wasn't that problematic as expected. They weren't either concentrated or they weren't interested in the game. Obviously they picked good and had a good intention but failed miserably in putting in into action. Ezy really didn't play his favorite hero i assume. There were barely than none wards out, i was wondering how MYM was trying to play with a black map against a team bad play by MYM with those heros, they should have been doing it better. The lack of ganks on the Sniper was one of the big steps for Mouz to lose the game. Pudge should have been more agile in ganking sniper, they had the wards up and they had the overall mapcontrol but didn't take advantage of that. Instead the viper moved and ganked the drow twice and thus wins the lane for Sniper, although mouz won the other 2 lanes. Early game mouz had a good game and definetly had the upper hand, but in mid game they failed at pushing top which was the turning point in the game, overall lack of ganks and unable to use the mapcontrol. I would have to say the overall winner is MYM. |
