So…The1Crow has decided to abandon me all alone in Beijing, a city bigger than Singapore with twice the people of New York City. A city where the air gives you an immediate headache right after you exit from the airport. About a week ago, the air was so crappy that you could hardly make out the details of the buildings across the street, and I really wonder how the Olympic competitors will handle this in August.

Speaking of the Olympics… this city is overzealous about the Olympics, and the crave for gold-medals (you’ll probably understand this when the Olympics begin!). Almost every block downtown has the Beijing Olympics logo, and the souvenirs fly off the shelves really quickly despite the costly prices!

Oh, and for those who have been living under a cave for the past several days, there was a devastating earthquake in south-west of China, measuring a 7.8 magnitude. Death toll is currently close to 12,000 people, with 18,000 others still being buried ALIVE. God bless :(

In fact, the tremor also triggered a minor quake across the entire country. As for myself, I thought that it was me feeling dizzy, so I ended up taking a 2-hour nap while people were running amok on the streets (im not kidding!).

So I guess this is it for now; Crow and I will be covering the upcoming CEG stop in Shanghai from 30th May to 1st June, followed by PGL Season 3 from 5th June till the 15th. See you then!
