Keys to Success
So, what is the key to success? There are many factors that contribute to it. It is very important to know your own players favorite maps and matchups and equally important to know this information about your opponent.
Even with a balanced team, it’s important to manage players correctly to achieve their maximum potential.

In WC3L there is a lot less in the managers hands, and it comes down to the players ability more often, as opposed to NGL where the manager will have to make many tough calls for the overal match strategy.
It is the managers' and owners' job to put together a winning team, and the players' job to play consistently. However, when the time comes, the managers must know how to use their players most effectively.
