Good day, oops! Please introduce yourself to the readers and tell us a bit about your gaming career.

- Hi, my name is Preben Josdal,im 19 years old and I play for the norwegian powerhouse - Catch-Gamer! I've been playing for about 6-7 years and I have played for clans such as northern* and team9.

What is your role in the team, both ingame and off the battlefield?

- My role is to kill the opponent. Im a calm player both inside and on the outside.

You parted ways with one of Norways top teams, Team9, not long ago. Could you eleborate on that decision, was there no way you could stick together as a team?

- I left the team because of our financial problems. I recived 2 good offers, but I decided to go with Catch-Gamer.

oops and bsl

How does it feel to be a part of a team like Catch-Gamer, is everything going as planned?

- Yeah, everything is great. We're attending ECG in Hannover and WEG Masters in the beginning of april. So it's all good.

What would you say has been your greatest and your worst moment, when it comes to eSport?

- My greatest moment was to win the CPL world-tour stop in England. I would say my worst moment was ESWC 05 with team9 where we placed 17th.

And the most embarrassing moment?

- I dont know :p

Are there any players you look up to or admire in the professional gaming scene?

- Hmm, hard one. I respect many players, but if I should name some i'd say Jungelbobo, or bsl!

You attended the World e-Sports Season 3 with Team9 some time ago. Tell me about that experience, would you like to go back with Catch-Gamer if you had the opportunity?
(NOTE: This interview was written before Catch-Gamer decided to attend WEG)

- Yes, WEG was a great experience. We're attending the next event aswell, WEG Masters.

You went from being a pretty unknown player to becoming a recognized superstar in Korea over a pretty short time space. What is your recipe for success?

- You have to belive in your abilities as a player, just keep hitting events and eventually you'll get noticed! (if you play good).

oops at Warpzone LAN

What do you do like to do when you are not gaming?

- I like to chill with my friends, go party and play Paintball!

What are your goals and exceptations with Catch-Gamer?

- Our goal is top4 on every international tourny, so if we work hard enough I think we can pull it off.

What would you characterize as your biggest strengt and your biggest weakness as a CS-player?

- I am an allround player and I keep getting them frags. My biggest weakness is that I get impatient, I hate it when the games go quiet.

Which event do you look forward to the most this year?

- WEG Masters in China!

I'm out of questions! Thanks for the interview, is there anyone that deserves a shoutout?

- Yes, I would like to thank all my teammmates, Iris, my big-bro Renè, and a big shoutout to our sponsors - Catch-Gamer.no, dagbladet, sennheiser & hummel. Cheers!

The interview was written by Andreas 'Njord' Steiro.
