How do you both motivate your team?

 PMS^Miss-Rinoa:
Well, I decide what heroes/strategies we use in game most of the time, though I try to get everyone's input. I'm also the one making phone calls and leaving angry messages on msn to get my team together for practices. I also get some extra homework, analyzing each teammate after practices for our point system =P Since I'm the PMS DotA division leader, I have to keep in touch with the PC Commander as well as our clan leader.

 PMS^Miss-Sunie:
I help out with a lot of the point system stuff, it can be a lot of work to deal with so much information from 7 girls. I also help out by picking out the replays that we watch. I think watching a good DotA replay is better then watching most TV shows. I love to try and be a motivation to the team. I try to always be cheerful and happy, even when I'm in a bad mood. I really say some crazy stuff. 

 PMS^Miss-Rinoa:
I'm supposed to attend PMS Leader meetings every Sunday on Ventrilo.... But I always work on Sunday so that duty has been passed down to Michelle.

Sunday is my nap day too!

Could you please briefly describe the roles of each player in your team? Including yourselves.

 PMS^Miss-Rinoa:
Well I pretty much play the carry hero (Void, POTM, Spectre) and I always yell at my teammates to get wards etc. Caryl has become a lot more aggressive recently and her Earthshaker/Leshrac are amazing. Eva normally plays whatever is needed, though her best would probably be Witch Doctor. She's also anal about getting wards and chicken, she'd get a chicken on ANY hero haha.

 PMS^Miss-Sunie:
Daniela is pretty much amazing when it comes to laning. Her micro is very awesome, and she can play a mean carry. Her Warlock is fantastic, and her Magnataur is probably the best initiator we have. Kristina plays mostly support. Her NA and Sven are pretty awesome. I consider myself a support player. I will play anything that Neha tells me too. I really enjoy playing Sandking, Lina, and Sven. 

 PMS^Miss-Rinoa:
Uhm. Pretty much I can't stop thinking about it LOL. We just got our sponsor shirts in the mail and we've been talking about it NON stop. We are extremely grateful that they are giving us this opportunity. My birthday is right after the tournament, so it's like the best birthday present ever. I even bought presents for all my girls =)

 PMS^Miss-Sunie:
Super excited, and very scared. There is going to be a lot of really good teams, and it's going to be a very challenging event. I really can't wait to meet the rest of the girls though. I can't wait till we all get to play DotA together! Plus, it's another chance to represent PMS Clan.

 PMS^Miss-Rinoa:
Aside from the excitement....I'm also extremely afraid. We really want to perform well and put up a good fight <_<

Have you completed all your planning for Fire in Ice? What other events you're planning to attend?

 PMS^Miss-Rinoa:
Michelle booked our hotel room. We'll be staying in a large hotel suite with 3 beds so all of us can be together . Our roster for Fire in Ice will be; Miss-Rinoa, Miss-Sunie, Miss-Ashe, Miss-Aeris, Miss-Korini and Miss-Selphie.
We have plans to travel to international events next year, but nothing is set in stone yet.

I have really bad short term memory, so even if they said we were going other places next year.. I couldn't remember. D:
