BTR - Rosco

Hello, what are your expectations towards this event and how did your team prepare?

Hi, as you know, BTR is a new line-up. We’ll try to do our best in order to put the best teams in difficulties. I was at GameGune 2005 with *aAa*, it was a nice event but there wasn’t this list of team. I hope that this tournament will be amazing with several matches closed.

We’ll do a bootcamp in Paris for a week before this event.

Why did your team decide to attend the event?

When we saw the list of team, we decided to try to get one spot of invitation. In fact, Spain isn’t so far from France and we have the budget to go there.
We really want to test us against the best teams.

Are there any teams you would like to play against and any you would rather not play?

It’s always a pleasure to play against top teams. We don’t want to play against other French teams, because we have time to play them during the season :D

In your opinion, which teams are going to be the toughest? Which teams do you fear the most?

I can’t to answer to you right now because we have to wait the ESWC results.
But any teams like fnatic/PGS/mouz/MiBR will be probably powerful because they are attending ESWC and they’ll have a hard preparation for this summer.

Where will you be staying during the event, and will you do other stuff besides attending GameGune?

We’ll be at the abba parque hotel, in the Center of Bilbao. We will play only the tournament. That will depend on our advanced in the tournament, once eliminated, we will see on the spot what we’ll do.

What is your stand on the whole CS1.6 vs. CS:S debate going on at the moment, which game do you prefer, and which do you see yourselves playing in 1-2 years?

I took part in the ECG 2006 in Hanover under CS:Source, I really didn’t appreciate this game. The Game play of CS1.6 is more interesting. If the major tournaments pass on source, I am afraid to have to stop Counter-Strike.
But we have to realize it, CS:Source is killing CS 1.6 slowly.

Thank you! Anything you want to add?

I would like to thank Alberto and Michel thanks to them we can play this event. Thanks to our sponsors KOSS.FR & Center Kart & TOP BROD. I would like to add that I’m very happy to return to play this event, because two years ago I really spent superb moments while finishing 4th of this so much today coveted tournament.
