It is a bit harsh to say, but yea I actually do agree with that. The 1.6 scene has been strong for a long time, so when you have played on a high level in 1.6 you can take a lot of the knowledge with you into source, which hardly any source player has got, due to the competition level isn't as high, and it's a newer game.
This is generally speaking, so of cause their will be great 1.6 players who aren't going to do as great in source, and likewise great source players which haven't ever played 1.6.
Do you think that in the foreseable future the sponsors would ask for CS:S instead of CS 1.6 in the main international competitions?
Yeah, if the scene keeps growing like it has lately, it would be stupid to invest in 1.6 over css.

What would you tell to the community members who are claiming that CS:S is "easier" than 1.6?
I would say its plain stupidity. Many claims that they won't play css due to it is too easy. Well, if it is easier to hit, it may be the hitboxes, but they have been fixed, and furthermore, it is still the same for all so if it easier for one, it is easier for all, so I think it is a very stupid argument.
Are the CS:S players exposed to the same kind of notoriety as the 1.6 players? Do you have "fans" asking for autographs or something?
I've never been giving autographs in css, only in cs. I think it is due to a much bigger scene in 1.6. Even though I do know we have a lot of fans cheering for us, like we saw during the finals at SLAP LIVE.

Thanks for your time Incre. Any last words?
I would like to thank all the sponsors behind the http://www.h2k-gaming.com/ cooperation, and finally a big applause for all the supports of h2k.
