Hello, what are your expectations towards this event and how did your team prepare?
Well, we expect some nice matches in Spain, and we hope to advance from the group stages and reach the double elimination. I think we'll get a lowseed so its going to be tough. Our preparations are not that good. Most of the team are spending time on holiday with the family, but we have some days before the event where we can warm up.
Why did your team decide to attend the event?
We saw some news about GameGune and I contacted an admin who told me it was invite only. Some days later he contacted me and said that we were invited. The clan agreed pretty much in attending the LAN, so we started to find money for the trip.
Are there any teams you would like to play against and any you would rather not play?
There are so many good teams at GameGune and every match is a big challenge. I would rather not meet MIBR. They always perform at big events.
In your opinion, which teams are going to be the toughest? Which teams do you fear the most?
Like i said, MIBR, I expect them to win. They play really good and must be the team I fear the most.
Where will you be staying during the event, and will you do other stuff besides attending GameGune?
We have talked about finding a hostel, as cheap as possible. The weather is hopefully good in July and if we should get some sparetime I guess we would take a swim :)
What is your stand on the whole CS1.6 vs. CS:S debate going on at the moment, which game do you prefer, and which do you see yourselves playing in 1-2 years?
Ofcourse i prefer CS1.6 thats obvious, else i wouldn't be playing it. But I dont think the difference is that big as people says. It's just mather of getting used to the game and i wouldn't protest against changing to CS:S. In 1 year i think all are playing source due to the major sponsors in CS:S.
Thank you! Anything you want to add?
I would like to thank our organisation for working so hard to get us to Spain. Big news are coming in the following week :-) PS. I'm going to videorecord JAEGARN before a match this time.. thats for sure
