dignitas - KritikaL

Hello, what are your expectations towards this event and how did your team prepare?

Our expectations of the event are that we place top 5, I think now we have to aim for that at every event, if we aim any lower we wont push ourselves to do well at the events. We are going to be doing a lot of preperation for Gamegune, with it being soo close to ESWC we can use the bootcamp in sweden before ESWC for gamegune also, and im sure we will be practising a lot when we get back from ESWC also.

Why did your team decide to attend the event?

Our team got invited by one of the redcode guys, and it looked like a really cool event, Not to mention it`ll be amazing going to spain in the middle of July :D. The event just seems to be getting better and better as well with all the teams signed up now it could be one of the best tournaments of the year!

Are there any teams you would like to play against and any you would rather not play?

Id really love to play mibr at gamegune since when i played them the first time at ESWC 2004 i got rolled 13-0 but we kinda felt the 13-0 was a bit unjust since we only got 2 days practise before the event, but now we have a lot of preperation and id really like to prove myself against them and beat them :D.

In your opinion, which teams are going to be the toughest? Which teams do you fear the most?

Theres a lot of them at gamegune :D, The usual crew i guess MYM, Mibr, SK, NiP, 69N i dunno theres soo many teams kinda hard to pick a toughest they could all win it on their day soo its gonna be a very tough event full stop im affraid :D.

Where will you be staying during the event, and will you do other stuff besides attending GameGune?

We`ll be staying in a hotel 10 minutes from the event, and im sure we`ll go sight seeing and do whatever we can to keep ourselves focussed and occupied over the time we are at the event, i havent really looked up on what there is to do in Bilbao but im sure we will find something :D

What is your stand on the whole CS1.6 vs. CS:S debate going on at the moment, which game do you prefer, and which do you see yourselves playing in 1-2 years?

Its kinda stupid how its got to this stage, everyone knows 1.6 is the better game the more playable game and the more viewable game. Its easier to understand than source its easier to pick it up than source. But obviously the corporation heads want source played and they have the money and so they get the last say i guess. But source is playable and its quite an easy transition, we have played source, and we are looking at cgs. So i guess in 1-2 years time Source will be what im playing simply because of the money, and thats when Pro Gaming will REALLY come to a lifelong reality.

Thank you! Anything you want to add?

Just thanks to ODEE for sorting out all these trips including gamegune, our sponsors who are paying for these events, Intel, Corsair, Creative, XFX, Abit and SCAN. Non of this would have been possible without them so big thanks to them.
