MYM & GGSL

testie-iw

First of all lets talk about your new family, MYM. Tell us what was the idea with leaving ToT and joining MYM?

There are to reasons for this. 1. Money from a serious team. 2. To spice up the BroodWar scene and divide the power a bit. ToT) is simply too powerful if Sen and I remain on it. Now that we are gone a lot of members they kinda stopped using became more active anyway, so it worked out nicely.

You are regareded as the best random player. Are you still playing random, or are you a race picker?

I am both, a race picker and a random player. There are simply too many factors to say how I do it. But before each match I simply evaluate my opponent and use what gives me the highest chance to win.

The GGSL has you vs Sen right now, both from MYM. What are your thoughts regarding this match?

My thoughts are that it will not be played and I will have to withdraw from Starleague. There is not much point playing it, as I will be going to Greece with my father for two weeks next week. So this week I am simply running around town getting everything ready for the trip.

So are you planning to ask for a postpone or are you retiring from the competition?

I think it would be rather selfish of me to postpone it like that and put a tournament that should be getting on this week and three rounds ahead of me on hold just because I am taking an arbitrary trip to Greece. If GG.net would agree to it or wants it, sure I would gladly postpone it. But it would be idiotic of me to ask for such a thing. They have a schedule to keep.

As for the players already in, who is the favorite player to win here in your opinion?

Mondragon or PJ. Maybe LX or Sen but they do not seem as strong as Mondi or PJ.
However Mondragon is inactive. PJ is terribly inconsistent for a progamer despite showing very pro-like play he simply loses to too many opponents he shouldn't. Sen is busy with university. And LX, I do not know what he is doing. Regardless, even busy, these four guys are the favourites.
