How did Hoorai prepare for the WCG Event? Did you expect to make it as far as you did?
- Unfortunately we didn't have much time to prepare specifically for that event, as we only stayed home for 7 after WSVG UK and we couldn't play on each day. Luckily we had gotten in a lot of practice before KODE5 and WSVG UK though, so we were good to go and after our performances at KODE5 and WSVG UK it was clear to us we could place top3 or even win the whole event if we played to our potential, but unfortunately we came up short vs NiP.
How can Hoorai improve their game to make it to the finals of the next big event?
- We're going to be fixing some minor flaws from our gameplay, getting our teamwork better and practicing both as a team and individually to improve as a team. We're still fairly new team (~3½months) compared to some of the other top teams so not only do we have a lot of potential but our teamwork is still getting better each day.
How do you feel that your development as a CS player has been over the last year?
- Hard one... I don't think my aim has changed much, but getting to attend many major events has helped my ingame smarts and overall helped me progress as a player. I've also gotten better at playing while calling strats which has helped a lot.

What other team out there would you rather play in if you for some reason could not continue in Hoorai and why?
- If I could speak Swedish I'd say NiP but since I can't I'd probably pick coL, they're a great team and actually I've always wanted to play for an international team at some point.
Can you reveal any plans for the future? Will we be seeing you at any big events in the near future?
- We're currently participating in two online leagues which will keep us busy while home (ESL Extreme Master,s NGL One). LAN-wise, next up for us is hopefully a WEG season which is rumoured to take place pretty soon, and then CPL Winter. After that hopefully ESL Masters and NGL finals, shgOpen 2007 and ECG 2007, so we're going to have a busy late 2006/early 2007 coming up.
