When you first played Counter-Strike, what were your first impressions? Were you confident that you could make it to the top?
Being in the internet cafe the other day, I just felt comfortable playing the game. The engine and idea of the game were just like made for me, it was really a lot of fun, and still is, although one can hardly imagine. It's a passion, which fortunately is still lasting. I didn't really think of making it anywhere then. The more serious things turned out to, the more I thought of want to be the best, and achieve something really big. Reaching a goal, I already set myself another, even harder one. The more you achieve, the more confident you are, and believing in one's abilities is one part of the key to success, at least for me.

How did Pentagram start? When was the first day you proudly wore that tag?
Ha-ha, actually, this is a pretty funny and long story, but it goes like this:
Early 2004: LUq and his friends TaZ and zibi are waiting for their teammates to arrive. It was not the first time we waited to later realize we were still waiting. Might sound funny, but our team was suffering from some real motivation problems, to which came internet problems, girlfriends of the other members, even stories of their Grandma's having birthday quite a few times in a row, and other stuff, I can't really go into detail with. One thing was for sure – we could not go on like this. We wanted to be the absolute best in Poland on the one hand and on the other have a strong team to compete internationally. Even though the original idea was only picking up Neo, our CS team manager at that time, ryan, brought our thoughts to another level.
We had to team up with SpecSter, and that did only work by having a combination of 2 – 3 players from each team. And while the two managements were still discussing facts, the team was already formed. I remember, Neo and me sending sms to ryan in the night, somewhat around 3am. He went nuts, but so did we. Thus, everyone of us was really proud to wear the tag from day 1. All five of us, TaZ Neo zibi pitrek and me were overwhelmed by the fact; we had a team that could go really far. The motivation and atmosphere reached a peak there, and if pitrek hadn't quit, we would have gone far in 2004 already. It was his first real love, and I think he regretted it more than once.
Is Pentagram an organization only based on CS or are you focusing on more games?. Tell us about Pentagram.
Pentagram G-Shock is a multigaming organization. It was founded on April 8th, 2004, when Arcy and 2S united the forces. All of the teams had its sources in the very beginning of the Polish gaming scene. As to our organization, it features CS, the Polish champions in FIFA Soccer, and some Quake gamers. It is the most successful team in the Polish history of esports, sponsored by Pentagram, Casio's brand G-Shock, SteelSeries and Icemat, Shooters – a Polish hosting enterprise, and Cropp, which are in charge of the clothing. The organization was the first to send players to international events, and also the first to sign professional contracts. I am positive; it will set some other superlatives in the near future.
